Can I interchange between your two offices at anytime?

No. We are not networked together and prefer for patients to stay within the original office unless they decide to permanently stay at the other location. We will see patients at the other office only in case of emergency.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most insurance except for Peachcare and Medicaid. We are a preferred provider for United Health Care and Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of GA as well as a contract provider for Premier Delta Dental. All other insurances may be considered under your out of network benefits.

Do you accept payment plans?

We do not accept in house payment plans, but do accept VISA, MasterCard and CareCredit. CareCredit is a third party credit card for out-of-pocket healthcare expenses that offers no interest payment plans. Click here for more details.

Do you accept Peachcare or Medicaid?

No.

Do you accept walk-ins or emergencies?

Yes. We will seat patient as soon as possible for an exam. Another appointment to treat may be necessary, depending on the treatment needed.

Do you extract teeth?

Yes. We also refer when necessary to an oral surgeon specialist.

Do you offer teeth whitening?

Three (3) types of bleaching: a method using custom bleaching trays, a method using professional strength strips applied by patient, and a method of in-office bleaching that requires bleaching each tooth individually with custom trays (1.5 hour appointment).

Do you use nitrous oxide gas?

No.

Does anyone on your staff speak Spanish?

We do have a bilingual person in the Honey Creek office

How long have the dentists been in practice?

Dr. Gilchrist graduated in 1983 and has been in practice since then.

What are the office hours?

Open Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm and every other Thursday from 8:00am – 2:00pm.

What is considered “cosmetic” dentistry?

This is dentistry using current bonding techniques to restore teeth and smiles with restorations to match the shade of teeth.
